An Olympic year for Bunzl

The challenge

To launch the 2012 sales incentive programme to the sales and customer service teams creating excitement, buzz and generating increased performance motivation throughout the year.

Our response

An inspirational 2012 Olympic themed promotion launching with a high impact event showcasing the new creative campaign styling and aspirational messaging. The theme came to life at the event with interactive comic foregrounds, life size character cut outs, floor vinyls and motivational banners.

Following the launch we set about tackling the roll out within the business. We created quirky toilet media to capture imagination within the offices and coupled this with road show materials to provide visibility at the various offices and depots across the UK. Throughout the year regular Olympic style branded internal comms such as newsletters, leader-board posters, leaflets and regular ‘spot prize’ announcements ensured the programme reached a successful conclusion.

This was employee engagement on an Olympic scale!
