Care Shop is one of the leading providers of care consumables in the UK, but they wanted to ensure that their product ranges were available to their customers 24/7, further improving their service offering.
Following a successful rebrand and having researched and defined our customer’s needs with them, we designed a dual site for their two key markets; medical and care homes, each tailored to the target audience through colour palette, imagery and captivating copy. The site’s substance matched its style through clearly defined navigation, powerful search functions including ‘shop by brand’, advanced filtering, convenient payment options, account history, email product alerts, fast order and live chat.
